Set your iPhone to open Ripple Pool’s Calm mode whenever you open an app you scroll too long. One breath, then decide if you still want to scroll.

Shortcuts automations are set up by you, on your phone, and you can turn them off at any time. Long-press the Ripple Pool icon for “Breathe now” and “Today’s pool”.

  1. Open the Shortcuts app and go to Automation. Tap +, then New Automation.
  2. Choose App, pick the apps you scroll (Instagram, TikTok…), and select Is Opened. Choose Run Immediately.
  3. Add the action Open URLs with ripplepool://calm?src=shortcut
  4. Tap Done. Next time, the pool and a breathing guide come first.
